The Nature of Hope Shop
has been shut down.

Thanks to bots and fraud, we had to shut down.

There was a sudden and stunning amount of fraudulent orders that went through in the shop. Since they were digital ebooks, the orders were immediately fulfilled (at about $4.75 each). But the criminals/bots/whoever were using stolen credit card numbers. Thus, there was no way to contact the true owner and alert them. (Every address was the same for hundreds of orders- some neighborhood home in a small town in Georgia). Every email given was fake.

I tried getting help on Shopify, but to no avail. They just sent me to articles about how to avoid fraud in the future. (!!!!) They had no humans to actually talk to or help. This is a known issue with Shopify- fraud orders + chargebacks. So I just shut it all down.

I’m sorry if you were affected. I have no way to contact victims or rectify things. But I will say, get a new credit card!! Yours has been hacked.
